What to expect
Reservations:
When a quest makes a reservation for Services or a Spa Package, a credit card or debit card number is retained. We request if a reservation must be cancelled, it be done 24 hours prior to the scheduled Service or Package time. If less than a 24 hour notice is given a cancellation fee of $30.00 will be charged.
Gift Certificates : We have on-line Instant Giftcertificates available on our web-site. (Not refundable for cash).
Treatment times: Most all of our Spa Services are one hour. Please allow time to undress, dress, consultation and resting time.
Arrivals: Please arrive 15 min. before your Service or Spa Package.
Late arrivals: We book appointments for all of our Clients, if you are running late we can't give you the full Spa Service time. You will still be responsible for the full amount of that Service.
Clients under the age of 18 MUST be accompanied by a parent or guardian. The parent or guardian will be required to sign a release form allowing us to work on that particular minor.
Children: We love children, we have children and grandchildren, however when our Spa Services are in session we like to have a relaxing atmosphere. Please make child care arrangements before coming.You need a get away Spa Day!
